A: Yes, frozen items are shipped using 2-day shipping services and are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to help avoid weekend delays.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or business address is required.

A: El Refaey Market is a Halal-focused grocery store. All meat and poultry products are sourced from trusted Halal suppliers.

A: We carry products imported from Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey, Greece, Albania, Morocco, Jordan, and other Mediterranean regions.
